DESCRIPTION:Messy\, overlapping labels are one of the most common challenge
s in map design - and a major source of time-consuming manual fixes. While
QGIS provides a powerful labeling engine\, many users only scratch the su
rface of what it can do.\n\nIn this hands-on workshop\, participants will
learn how to configure and optimize label placement using a range of pract
ical techniques. Through guided exercises and real-world examples\, we wil
l explore key settings in the labeling engine and how they influence label
behavior. Participants will also learn how to work with labels in map lay
outs to ensure clear and consistent map design.\nBy the end of the worksho
p\, participants will have a solid understanding of how to create well-pla
ced labels and how to streamline their labeling workflows in QGIS.\n\nTarg
et audience: QGIS users with basic experience who want to improve their la
beling skills and gain more control over automated label placement.
