Automate PostGIS and QGIS using Event Triggers
10-02, 14:30–15:00 (Europe/London), Inspire

PostgreSQL provides support for Event Triggers which allow custom logic to be executed when database objects are updated. These can be used to automate some of the database administration related to QGIS styles and managing raster data.

During the talk we will look at:
* What Event Triggers are and how to define them
* Using Event Triggers to maintain the link between layers and their styles in the QGIS layer_styles table
* Automatically retaining the association between raster overviews and a main raster table
