React and Leaflet is a powerful combination of open source technologies that can be used to create a powerful and interactive mapping applications.
In this workshop, we will cover;
- Setting up a react-leaflet development environment
- Configuring the map
- Responding to user interaction and
- Adding basic features to the map
Prerequisites
Some programming knowledge.
Preparation
Attendees should go through the React installation guide and install Visual Code before attending the workshop.
They will also need to be able to run npm start and open the code in the IDE.
