I am Disaster Service Manager for Open Mapping Hub Asia-Pacific, a regional representative of Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team in the region. I have been involving in OpenStreetMap since 2012 and since then develop interest to use it along with other FOSS such as QGIS in the Disaster Context.
