Nora leads community development for the Overture Maps Foundation, working to build and nurture the global community around open geospatial infrastructure. Her career has taken her from Beijing to Toronto, with stops in Cape Town and Uppsala along the way, shaping her approach to fostering collaboration across diverse communities. Before joining Overture full-time, Nora led marketing across several Linux Foundation projects and building thriving communities across global markets.

Nora holds a Bachelor's degree from Renmin University of China, a graduate certificate in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Seneca College, and studied Cultural Anthropology at Uppsala University in Sweden. When she's not working with the Overture community, you'll likely find her cuddling with her dog Fika, practicing hot yoga, or planning her next trips.
