Gabby Getz
Gabby Getz leads development of CesiumJS, the open source JavaScript library for 3D geospatial visualization, at Bentley Systems. She has contributed to Cesium and the 3D Tiles ecosystem for more than a decade, including authoring the original 3D Tiles styling language and serving as a contributing editor to the specification. Gabby works closely with users and the broader 3D, geospatial, and open source communities, and regularly speaks about Cesium, web graphics, and open standards. She was named Spar3D’s 2019 Younger Geospatial Professional of the Year and holds a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University.
Session
A technical deep dive into CesiumJS vector data support, exploring how shapefiles, GeoJSON, Mapbox Vector Tiles, AEC vector workflows, and 3D Tiles can coexist in a unified 3D geospatial engine for the web.
