NGV/Survey3d is a customizable web application to collect data, in 3D, while offline. This application was commissioned by Historic Environment Scotland and developed in partnership with Camptocamp. It is opensource, based on CesiumJS.

Switch to offline mode, then:
- navigate the scene;
- see all POIs, filter them;
- add or edit POIs;
- fill in your form;
- load pictures;
- ... and synchronize to your backend when back online.

The application can be fully customized with:
- your collection areas;
- your 3d tilesets;
- your imagery;
- your form properties and its rules;
- your backend APIs;
- your authentication system.

Many tools are available:
- measures;
- coordinates in local projection;
- clipping polygons.
