OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web services. The project has had regular releases since 2006, and is listed as a dependency by over 3,000 projects on GitHub, and has over 6,000 daily downloads.

This talk gives a quick update on new features in the project, support for the new OGC APIs, and the future roadmap.

MapServer is a founding OSGeo project and used for publishing spatial data and interactive mapping applications to the web. This talk provides an overview of enhancements and features in the new 8.4 release of MapServer and its scripting language MapScript, along with upcoming plans for the future.
