LocationMind, a University of Tokyo-originated startup founded in 2019, will present an overview of our business activities leveraging geospatial data and location intelligence, focusing primarily on our international expansion. We will also introduce the data and AI products developed through these initiatives, with a special emphasis on our utilization of FOSS4G.
LocationMind, a startup founded in 2019 originating from the University of Tokyo, focuses on geospatial data analysis, AI services, and space-related business. We are dedicated to the challenge of decoding global phenomena using location information to drive social improvement.
In this presentation, drawing from our data analysis and AI initiatives conducted in lots of countries since our inception, we will highlight recent examples involving the utilization of FOSS4G, specifically showcasing cases from the Middle East and Ukraine.
Furthermore, we will also introduce the data and AI products we have procured, curated, and developed in-house through these global endeavors.

Currently, he is as the Head of Product Development Division at LocationMind. In this capacity, he is responsible for formulating strategic development plans, organizational policies, and resource allocation for data and system products. Furthermore, as an active practitioner, he provides consulting services for data engineering and analysis, alongside directing R&D management and the commercialization of research initiatives.
