Fritz Dariel Andal is an ICT Associate at the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute – NOAH Center, where he develops web applications, APIs, and geospatial information systems that support disaster risk reduction and environmental initiatives. He specializes in Python, JavaScript, and Django, building scalable and efficient software solutions. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, with a specialization in Web and Mobile Application Development, from Far Eastern University Institute of Technology in 2019.
