Lunch Boxes

Lunch boxes will be provided for participants attending the workshops and the main conference. Please collect your lunch box at the following locations:

• Workshop days: In front of the registration desk

Registration Desk

Please collect your badge and any pre-ordered merchandise from the registration desk at the conference venue.

- Workshop Day 1 (8/30): RCC Bunka Center Room 609
- Workshop Day 2 (8/31): RCC Bunka Center 7th lobby

Opening Hours:
- Workshop days: 9:00–17:00
