This workshop uses very simple examples to show what PyQGIS is and why it might be worth getting into the topic.
If you use QGIS, you’ve probably already heard of Python or PyQGIS. But do you find it all looks very cryptic? Are you wondering: Is this something for me? Is it worth investing time in it? And above all: What can I actually do with it?
This workshop uses very simple examples to show what PyQGIS is and why it might be worth diving deeper into the subject.
No, you don’t need any prior Python knowledge (though of course you’re welcome to have some). And in these 3 hours, you won’t become a Python expert or a PyQGIS expert. But you’ll go home wanting to learn more - because Python and PyQGIS are great, and in this workshop you’ll learn why :-)
No requirements necessary.
What skills do participants require to have?:No specific skills necessary, but users should at least have a basic knowledge of how QGIS works.
