Authors wishing to submit a scientific contribution to the Congress will be asked to send an abstract in English, ranging between 1000 and 2000 characters (including spaces), indicating the preference for oral or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee reserves the assignment of the abstracts for oral or poster presentation. In accordance with the objective of the Conference, oral or poster presentation should be preferably submitted by young hydrogeologists.

During submission, authors should select the sessions they intend to submit the abstract for:
Session I — GROUNDWATER QUALITY AND PROTECTION
Session 2 — GROUNDWATER AND CLIMATE CHANGE: IMPACT AND OPPORTUNITY
Session 3 — GROUNDWATER MODELLING: DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION
Session 4 — HYDROGEOLOGICAL SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES: FROM LOCAL TO REGIONAL SCALE
